MADISON, WI (WTAQ) — Following an established pattern, fewer COVID-19 tests were reported Sunday than on previous days last week.
The state reported 893 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday out of 5,509 total tests, for a positive percentage of 16.2%–the highest this week.
The seven day average positive rate is 10% with an 837 seven day case growth average, slightly up from earlier this week.
No new deaths were reported Sunday. The state has reported 1,168 COVID-19 deaths.
Recovered cases account for 71,906 cases out of the 81,193 cases confirmed since the onset of the outbreak in March.
