ORLANDO, FL (WHBL) – Brook Lopez led the Milwaukee Bucks with 19 points and nine rebounds as they dropped their regular season finale 119-106 to the Grizzlies in Orlando on Thursday. Frank Mason the Third added 18 points for Milwaukee, which faces the Orlando Magic in the first round of the playoffs next week.
Giannis Antetokounmpo did not play, serving a one-game suspension for Milwaukee for his head-butting incident earlier this week.
The Grizzlies clinched a spot in the postseason play-in game by beating the Bucks. Jonas Valanciunas and Ja Morant each tallied triple-doubles for Memphis, and Dillon Brooks scored a game-high 31 points. The Grizzlies will play Portland in the battle for the eighth seed in the West on Saturday.
