MILWAUKEE, WI (WHBL) – Jedd Gyorko hit a go-ahead, two-run homer in the eighth inning as the Brewers pushed past the Minnesota Twins 6-4 in Milwaukee on Tuesday night. Manny Pina homered twice for Milwaukee. Avisail Garcia also went yard for the Brewers.
Devin Williams picked up the win while Josh Hader earned the save for Milwaukee, which has now won two of three.
Eddie Rosario homered twice for the Twins. Taylor Rogers took the loss for Minnesota, which has lost five of six.
The rubber match of this three-game series is set for Wednesday night. Tune in for pregame on WHBL at 5:35.
