SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) – Nobody was hurt when a truck ran off the road and hit a telephone pole and a house in Sheboygan Thursday night.
Sheboygan Police were called to 12th & Superior around 10:15, and talked to the 63 year old Sheboygan man who was behind the wheel. He told them he had swerved to avoid a car in his lane, overcorrected, and hit a telephone pole before hitting the home. He was ticketed for operating with a suspended license, not having insurance, and operating left of center.
The home did not sustain significant damage, but utility workers were called in to fix wires knocked down in the crash.
