SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) – It was another night of peaceful protests in Sheboygan on Friday night.
Demonstrators gathered at Water Park and marched through the city for about five hours after the death of Kevan Ruffan in an officer involved shooting on Thursday morning.
