BAGHDAD (Reuters) – Four rockets fell late on Wednesday inside Baghdad’s heavily fortified Green Zone, which houses the U.S. embassy and other missions in the Iraqi capital, but caused no casualties, Iraq’s military said in a statement.
The Green Zone, which also houses government buildings, has been repeatedly hit by rockets causing usually only minor damage.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility.
