TORONTO (Reuters) – Canadian home sales rebounded by a record 56.9% month-over-month in May after plunging in April, the Canadian Real Estate Association said on Monday.
The industry group said actual sales, not seasonally adjusted, fell 39.8% from a year earlier, while the group’s Home Price Index was up 5.3% from May last year.
