SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI (WHBL) – Two people were injured in a car/deer crash Monday night on I-43. The Sheriff’s Department says it happened around 9:40pm – at Mile Marker 116, near Highway V.
After hitting the deer, both the driver and passenger complained of injuries, and were both taken by ambulance to St. Nicholas hospital.
This is a good reminder to keep a close eye out for deer, as they’re more active right now. They usually give birth in May or June.
