SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI (WHBL) – Farmers Markets will not bow to the pandemic, and several locations will begin operating this month, according to the Sheboygan County Interfaith Organization.
COVID-19 has had its impacts on operations, so social distancing and other measures have been taken into account. One adjustment is the establishment of the SCIO’s drive-thru pop-up farmers market that began operations May 23rd in the parking lot of the First Congregational Church at 3rd and Bluff Avenue. That one operates each Saturday from 9:30-11:30 AM.
Other markets are being operated at Sheboygan’s Fountain Park from 8 till 2 Wednesdays and Saturdays, and in Plymouth on Thursdays from 9-3:30 in the Dairy Queen parking lot.
The SCIO urges everyone attending to follow all social distancing guidelines, and to stay away if you’re ill.
