BERLIN (Reuters) – German engineering industry association VDMA on Monday withdrew its 2020 production forecast for a decline of 5% as coronavirus hits the entire sector, but it said supply chain problems in China were subsiding.
“It’s also gratifying that the outlook for the next three months has brightened somewhat on both the demand and supply side,” VDMA added in a statement.
