WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Donald Trump would require technology workers in the United States on H-1B visas to provide updated certifications that they are not displacing American workers, according to a draft executive order, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday.
The executive order would deny entry for people seeking most types of work visas for at least 90 days, Bloomberg reported.
It excludes people seeking jobs related to the food supply chain and would not apply to health care or medical research professionals, according to the draft.
