SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI (WHBL) – Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 23 year old Sheboygan man after a brief chase early Tuesday morning. The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department says a deputy saw a car heading east on Hwy V towards Kohler Andrae around 3:30 – doing 81 miles per hour in a 45 mile an hour zone. The deputy flipped on his lights and siren, and the driver fled, turning onto Shircel Road – which is a dead end. The driver put the car in the ditch, and both he and his female passenger took off running. A K-9 Unit was called in and helped locate the driver. Deputies located the woman. The driver had 2 warrants – and got ticketed for reckless driving, operating without a license, and OWI.
