Donna J. Winters, 59, of Sheboygan, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at Froedtert Memorial
Hospital in Milwaukee. She was born May 27, 1960 in Altoona, PA to Wilbert and Rosa Harley. Donna
was a graduate of Central High School in Phoenix, AZ and then went on to graduate from Lampson
Junior College also in Phoenix, AZ with her degree in data entry.
On August 18, 1991 she was united in marriage to Michael Winters in Phoenix, AZ. Donna was a faithful
member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Sheboygan. She had a Heart of Gold and was always there to help
anyone who needed it. She was an avid cat lover and enjoyed reading. She will be missed by all who
knew her.
Donna is survived by her mother Rosa Harley, husband Michael Winters, son Christopher (Emily)
McGillivray, daughter Cassiopeia (Joe) Barns, step-son Michael Winters Jr., grandchildren; Andrew,
Roger, and Mavis McGillivray, Joey Barnes, and Jaden, Elijah, Jonah, Solomon, and Elliott Winters, sisters
Alice and Annette, and a brother Dale. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives
and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Wilbert.
A Memorial Service will be held on at at Trinity Lutheran Church, 824 Wisconsin Ave.,
Sheboygan, with Pastor Timothy Mech officiating. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on
from until the time of service at the CHURCH.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Donna’s name.
