SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) – A Sheboygan woman is facing drunk driving charges after she hit an apartment building with her car. Sheboygan Police say it happened around 2amTuesday.
Investigators say the woman was driving into the Oak Creek Apartment complex when her car veered off the roadway and slammed into one of the buildings, causing significant damage. The area of the building that was hit turned out to be the rental offices for the complex, and nobody was in the offices at the time.
Police believe both alcohol and speed played a role in the crash. The woman was arrested on an OWI charge, and then released. There were no injuries.
