SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) – An event popular with area residents has fallen victim to the vigilance needed to head off outbreaks of the coronavirus. In a news release Friday morning, the Ellwood H. May Environmental Park announced that their annual “Flapjack Days” event scheduled for this Sunday has been cancelled, and won’t be rescheduled at this time.
Those who purchased advance tickets for Flapjack Days may request a refund, although the Park said that if one declines a refund, they will graciously accept your donation to support Maywood’s mission of connecting the community with nature.
Also, decisions on other upcoming programs and events at Maywood will be made on a case-by-case basis.
