PLYMOUTH, WI (WHBL) – The vote was unanimous at Tuesday night’s Plymouth Council meeting to ban vaping where smoking is already banned in the city.
The ordinance that passed bans the use of vaping and tobacco products at schools, medical facilities, restaurants, bars, stores, any city buildings, motels, and results in a $30 fine for the first offense, $100 for the second.
Smoking or vaping is also not allowed near entrances to any buildings owned by the city of Plymouth.
