We’ve learned that less than 30 minutes after T.V. networks broke away from their coverage of the Senate’s rightful exoneration of President Trump on the meritless impeachment charges that Congressional Democrats brought against Trump, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell filed cloture on a Trump judicial nominee.
That means that said nomination took one step closer to confirmation, with another step having been taken yesterday.
It was expected that final confirmation would be granted to the nominee at some point today.
If things play out as expected, this would mark the 51st confirmation of a Trump appeals court nominee, and it would bring Trump’s total of successful judicial nominations to 188.
Those are remarkable statistics, considering that Trump has only been a POTUS for a little over three years.
And it’s great news for the United States, since President Trump has consistently been nominating Constitutionalist judges and justices. These are people who allow the rule of the law, the Constitution, to win out over any political ideology, which is what all U.S. citizens should want from all of their courts.
It’s also one of the reasons that Democrat elites hate President Trump. The leaders of the Democrat Party do not want Constitutionalists on our courts. Rather, they want political activists who will put the Democrat Party’s desires ahead of the Constitution.
No party’s desires should ever come before the Constitution in a court of law.
The Democrats who hate Trump hate that he is restoring legitimacy to courts throughout the United States, just as they hate that this POTUS is tirelessly working to secure our nation’s borders, in an effort to keep foreign nationals from illegally entering this country. Democrat leadership wants illegal migration, viewing each illegal alien as a future Democrat Party voter.
President Trump is standing in the way of the Democrat Party elites succeeding in their goal of selling out U.S. well-being for their personal gain. So what President Trump is doing is hated by the elite left, but it should be loved by all Americans who want their country to prosper and have a legitimate future.
