SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) – The victim of Thursday’s fatal shooting in the city of Sheboygan has been identified as 23 year old Michael Kirsch.
Sheboygan Police say the case has been referred to the Sheboygan County District Attorney and is under review.
The suspect remains in custody on a probation hold.
SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) – One man is dead and two are in custody after a shooting in the 1000 block of Clara Avenue.
Sheboygan Police were called to the scene around 2:20 Thursday afternoon When they arrived, they found that a 23 year old Sheboygan man had sustained a gunshot wound. He died at the scene.
Shortly after talking to witnesses, police were able to locate the two suspects – an 18 year old male and a 17 year old female – and took them into custody. Both were taken to the Sheboygan County Detention Center. The male faces homicide related charges, while the female faces drug related charges.
Police have identified all that were involved, but are not releasing names at this time. The investigation is continuing, and police are asking anyone with information on the case to get in touch with them at 459-3333.
Police say the Sheboygan County District Attorney will be reviewing the case before deciding on charges.

SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) – One person is dead, another in custody after a shooting outside a home in Sheboygan Thursday afternoon.
Lieutenant Bill Adams with the Sheboygan Police Department says they responded to the area of 10th and Clara shortly after 2 PM. The area has been cordoned off as an investigation is underway.
No names are being released.
