Sandra L. Ostermann, 69, of Sheboygan, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Sharon S.
Richardson Community Hospice. Sandra was born November 22, 1949, to the late Maurice and Marion
(Rauwerdink) Drier. She graduated from Cedar Grove High School. On March 22, 1969, she married
Allen Ostermann at First Reformed Church in Cedar Grove. He preceded her in death on August 15,
2015. Sandra was a member of Elm City Bow Hunters and the Wisconsin Bow Hunters Association. She
was employed by Heritage and then Acuity from 1968 until her retirement in 2013. Sandra enjoyed
spending time with his family and friends, traveling the United States, playing board games and cards.
She was also an avid Packer, Brewer, Badger and Bucks fan.
She is survived by her son, Allen (Bobbi) Ostermann, Jr., Disputanta, VA; three grandchildren, Elizabeth,
Brett and Seth Ostermann; Disputanta; one brother, Lee Drier; one sister, Carol (Jerry) Kuhn; two sisters-
in-law Louette Ostermann and Arline Blay; one brother-in-law, Bernie Jaeger. She is further survived by
nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Jim Drier.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 28, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Ballhorn Chapels Funeral
and Cremation Care Center (1201 N. 8 th Street, Sheboygan) with the Rev. Donna VanOrden officiating.
Friends may call on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at the funeral home from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Visitation will continue Friday, at the funeral home, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. Interment

staff at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for their care and compassion during her stay and the

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established to be used for St. Luke’s Medical Center.
