Carl Davis, age 77, of Sheboygan, passed away Wednesday (December 5, 2018) at Sheboygan
Progressive Health Services Facility in Sheboygan.
He was born on April 16, 1941, son of the late Harold and Alberta (Meinert) Davis.
Carl attended Juda grade schools and Juda High School in Wisconsin.
On December 29, 1962, he married Caroline J. Miller in Monroe, WI.
Carl was a dairy farmer for over 20 years and loved every part of farming. He also worked with
environmental groups to help create Ironwood Forest National Monument in Arizona as a Federal Park.
In addition to farming, he also enjoyed: building things, going to tractor pulls, and attending county fairs.
He is survived by: Wife: Caroline; Two daughters: Karin Bliss and Kathy (Rob) Willeford; Eight
grandchildren: Keith (Amanda), Kyle (Amanda), Joe, Jeremiah, Jesse (Kachina), and Levi Bliss, and Tyler
and Jake Willeford; Brother: Michael (Luciana) Davis; Sister: Michelle Davis; other relatives and friends.
Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be held on Saturday (December 22, 2018) at the
Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth. Visitation will take place from 1:00 – 2:00 PM with a prayer service
to follow at 2:00 PM. Pastor Dale Miller, Pastor of Salem Plankroad United Church in Plymouth, will
officiate.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Carl’s name.
