Stanley E. Perzewski, age 86, of Kohler, WI, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 27, 2018
at Pine Haven Christian Home in Sheboygan Falls.
He was born on January 30, 1932 in Custer, WI, a son of the late Mike and Frances Schponski
Perzewski.
He graduated from Oakland High School in Custer, WI.
On April 11, 1959 he married Mary Ellen Rohde at St. Michael Church in Milwaukee, WI. The
couple resided in Milwaukee after their marriage moving to Wauwatosa and then Kohler in 1994.
Stanley served in U.S. Army during the Korean War from 1955-1957.
He worked for Kohls Food Stores retiring in 1996.
He was a member of St. John Evangelist Catholic Church in Kohler and the American Legion #149
in Sheboygan Falls, WI.
He enjoyed cutting the grass and working in his yard, travelling, and Polka music.
He is survived by: His loving wife of 59 years, Mary Ellen of Kohler; Son: Gary (Mary) Perzewski of
Kohler; Two daughters: Susan (Kenny) Sunquist of Sheboygan and Karen (James) Truman of
Kohler; Five grandchildren: Kayla, Lauren, Elizabeth, Emma, and Lucy; Brother: Chester (Dorothy)
Perzewski of Custer, WI; and Brother-in-law: Gerald (Kathy) Rohde of Town of Sheboygan.
He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Stanley was preceded in death by: His parents, and two brothers: Edward (Eleanor) and Henry
(Martha) Perzewski.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday (November 2, 2018) at 11:30 A.M. at St. John
Evangelist Catholic Church in Kohler. Father Tom Lijewski will officiate.
Visitation will take place at CHURCH on Friday (Nov. 2) from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Mass.
Cremation will take place following the services and inurnment will be in the Kohler Woodland
Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested in Stanley’s name to the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
