Scott Buckley

D. Scott Buckley, 76, of Sheboygan, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday,
October 25, 2018. He was born February 24, 1942 in Pikeville, KY to J. Duran and Edith (Fife)
Buckley. Scott graduated from Mullins High School. He then went on to proudly serve in the US
Air Force. Following his service to his country, Scott graduated from IUPUI with his Associate’s
Degree.
On July 3, 1964 he was united in marriage to Sylvia A. Bruechert. She preceded him in death on
November 2, 2017.
Scott was the Director of Patient Accounts at St. Nicholas Hospital retiring on October 1, 2004.
He was a member of Calvary Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Scott is survived by his two sons, Jeffrey and his wife Maria Emilia “Emily” and Mark and his
wife Maria Estela, three grandchildren: Lexie Buckley, Brittany Buckley and Patricio Iturralde,
and six siblings; Orethia Miller, Doris Keasling, Patricia (Ted) Elkins, Roger (Wanda) Buckley,
Susan (Larry) Patton, and John (Debbie) Buckley.
In accordance to the family’s wishes no services will be held and a private observance is
scheduled.
We will always carry Scotty in our memory and our hearts.
