Marion A. Berres, age 83, of Adell, WI, passed away
Tuesday (September 18, 2018) at her home.
She was born on May 3, 1935 in Milwaukee, WI, a daughter
of the late George and Marie Knorr.
Marion attended Random Lake High School.
On December 22, 1951 she married Richard Berres at St.
John’s Lutheran Parsonage in Sherman Center. The couple resided in Gooseville
since their marriage. He preceded her in death on July 11, 2010.
Marion drove school bus for Johnson School Bus Services for
over 30 years.
She enjoyed driving the school bus and going on trips and
stopping at places with personalized tours.
Survivors include her three children: Doreen Dahm of
Belgium, Elroy (Sandra) Berres of Fredonia and Ralph Berres (Special friend:
Lynn) of Stockbridge; Five grandchildren: Lorelei Schommer of Cedar Grove, Jeff
(Dana) Dahm of Random Lake, Cheryl Gnodtke of Port Washington, Michael Berres
of Fredonia, Amy (Jared) Cottrell of Saukville; Seven great-grandchildren:
Nicole Schommer, Samantha, Zachary and Lukas Dahm, Blake Gnodtke, Hayden and
Kinley Cottrell; and Two sisters-in-law:
Audrey Berres of West Bend and Susan Wagner of West Bend.
She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other
relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband; Parents; Infant
brother: Hans Knorr; Mother and father-in-law: Gregory and Marie Berres;
Son-in-law: Rick Dahm; Great-grandson: Adam Dahm; Step-sister: Clara Schaeffer;
and Two brothers-in-law: Roger Berres and Ron Wagner.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will
be held on Sunday (September 30, 2018) from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at Suchon
Funeral Home in Plymouth.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established
in Marion’s name.
