Robin Marie Geiser, 55, of
Oostburg, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 17, 2018, as a result of an
automobile accident.
Robin was born on July 13, 1962,
in Evanston, IL to Raymond and Mary Lou (Mueller) Schopen. She was a 1981
graduate of New Trier East High School in Winnetka, IL. Robin married Larry
Geiser on June 3, 1984. Robin was a dedicated wife and mother to their four
sons.
Robin was a full-hearted horse
and dog advocate, who rescued numerous dogs over the years. Robin touched many
lives through her love of horses. She was an avid Cubs and Bears fan, and
enjoyed reading, gardening, and watching and taking care of birds.
Robin is survived by her husband,
Larry Geiser; four sons, Jason Geiser of West Bend, Daniel (Rachel) Geiser of
Okeene, OK, Ryan Geiser of Plymouth, and
Maxwell Geiser of Oostburg; three grandchildren, Lily Geiser, Aiden
Geiser and Grace Geiser; one sister, Gail Schopen of Sheboygan; two brothers,
Chuck (Christine) Schopen of Marseilles, IL, and Keith (Eileen) Schopen of Prairie
View, IL; one brother-in-law, William (Linda) Geiser of Northfield, IL; one
sister-in-law, Leslie Geiser of Evanston, IL; five nieces, Shana, Heather,
Holly, Hannah, and Jenna; five nephews, Andrew G, Thomas, Andrew S, Alex, and
Matthew; and two great-nieces, Taliya and Piper. She is further survived by
other relatives and friends.
Robin was preceded in death by
her parents; parents-in-law, Harold and Illa Geiser; one brother, Mark Schopen;
and aunt, Nancy Schopen.
Relatives and friends may visit the
family to celebrate Robin’s life at Wenig Funeral Home in Oostburg on Friday,
June 22, 2018 from 4 – 9 pm.

established in her name for White Paws German Shepherd Dog Rescue
