Charles E. Kirsch, 79, of Sheboygan, passed away Thursday,
February 22, 2018 at home. Charles was
born September 26, 1938, in Sheboygan, to the late Rudolph and Helen (Binversie)
Kirsch. He graduated from Kiel High
School in 1957. Charles served his
country in the United States Army from June of 1957 until December of 1957 and
then with the Army National Guard for 9 years.
On April 11, 1964, he married the former Constance Laning at St. Mary’s
Church in Fond du Lac. Charles was a
dairy farmer in Ada and was employed at Bemis, retiring in 2000. He was a former member of Holy Trinity Church
in School Hill, where he was also a member of the choir and the Men’s
Club. Charles was Third Degree Knight
with the Knights of Columbus in Kiel and a Fourth Degree Knight in
Sheboygan. He was also a former
firefighter and member of the Ada Fire Department.
In addition to his wife, Connie, he is survived by five
sons, Kevin (Debra), Ada, Allen (Lynette), Howards Grove, Steven (Chris),
Shorewood, IL, Randall (special friend, Tammy Themar), Sheboygan and Robert
(Shari), Ashwaubenon; Eleven grandchildren; one great granddaughter; one
brother, Daniel (Mary) Kirsch, Green Bay.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one
brother, David Kirsch.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday,
February 27, 2018, at 12:00 p.m. at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church (807
Superior Avenue, Sheboygan) with Rev. Matthew Widder as celebrant. Friends may call on Tuesday, at the church,
from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass.
