Judith Ann Roblee, age 74, of Plymouth, was received into the
arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Tuesday, Feb 6, 2018. Born on March 4, 1943 in Portage, she was the
daughter of the late Elmer and Vernetta (Krueger) Wuerch.
She graduated from Portage High School in 1961 and then attended
UW-Oshkosh receiving a degree in art education.
In 1967, Judy and Bruce Roblee of Oshkosh were united in
marriage. They spent most of their
married life in Madison and later Plymouth.
Judy taught art in the Mayville, Madison and Sheboygan School
districts. In retirement, Judy enjoyed
water color painting, being involved with church, taking painting classes and
being part of her art community. She
especially loved spending time with her family and attending her
grandchildren’s events.
Survivors include twin sons, Scott (Becky) of Baraboo and Michael
(Donna) of Sheboygan; grandchildren, Ella, Katelyn, Grace and Aaron; one
brother, Don Wuerch of Alden NY; twin sister, Jean (Paul) Schoenike of Monroe
WI; brother-in-law, Curt (Deborah) Roblee of Pearland TX; along with nieces,
nephews, other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Bruce, her
father and mother-in law, Howard and Viola (Winkler) Roblee, step-father, Don
Kiefer, and sister-in-law, Karen Wuerch.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 4:00
PM at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Plymouth. Rev. Casey Sugden and Rev. Jim
Wilson will co-officiate. Visitation
will begin at 2:00 PM until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in
Judy’s name.
