Dolores Krueger, age 88, of Sheboygan, WI, passed away Thursday
morning (January 4, 2018) at Woodland Manor in Sheboygan Falls.
She was born on November 21, 1929 in Sheboygan, WI, a
daughter of the late
Gerhardt and Hilda (Schaar) Van der Veen.
Dolores attended Sheboygan Falls Grade School and
graduated from Sheboygan Falls High School in 1948. She attended Junior College in
Arkansas for one year.
She was married on September 12, 1953.
Dolores raised her four children and then became a
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) retiring from Sunny Ridge Nursing Home in
1992. She has provided private in-home
care since her retirement.
Her hobbies included collecting pens.
Survivors include:
Four children: Debra (Robert) Rozek of Sheboygan, WI, David (Diane)
Krueger of Neenah, WI, Daniel (Nancy) Krueger of Sheboygan, and Dawn Krueger of
Sheboygan; Nine grandchildren; Seven great grandchildren; and Four great-great grandchildren.
She is further survived by: Two sisters: Helen Winter of Appleton, WI and Betty
Schirpke of Marshfield; One brother:
James Van der Veen of Sheboygan Falls; along with many other relatives
and friends.
She was preceded in death by two sisters: Marcella Hopp and Marlene (Jim) Gross
and one sister-in-law:
Ruth Van der Veen.
Cremation has taken place, and Memorial Services will be
held on Monday (January 8, 2018) at 1:00 P.M. at the Suchon Funeral Home in
Plymouth. Dale Miller will officiate.
Friends may call at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth on
Monday (Jan. 8) from 12 Noon until the time of services.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established
in Dolores’ name.
