SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man has been sentenced to prison for dealing heroin. 32 year old Robert Torres had been under investigation by the Sheboygan MEG Unit and, last July and August, had sold heroin to an undercover agent on several occasions in the city of Sheboygan. He was arrested last August after officers stopped a car that he was in, and found heroin concealed on the woman that he was with. Torres appeared recently in Sheboygan County Court and was sentenced by Judge Terrence Bourke to two and a half years in prison to be followed by 5 years of supervision.
