SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan teen charged with murdering his father will be back in Sheboygan County Court for a preliminary hearing Wednesday afternoon. 17 year old Dorian Torres has been in the county jail since his arrest two weeks ago. That was the day that police discovered his father Emilio’s body in his bedroom wrapped in a plastic shower curtain and hidden behind a box spring. Authorities said Emilio had died of blunt force trauma to the head and had been dead for about a week. Police had gone to the apartment that Dorian and his father shared on Meadowland Drive to check on Emilio’s welfare. His ex-wife told police that there was stress between the two and that they argued frequently. The proceeding will determine if there is enough evidence for a trial.
