SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - The first of three public input sessions on the future of downtown Sheboygan is set for Tuesday at the John Michael Kohler Art Center at six o’clock. Planning and Development Director Chad Pelishek said the city’s consultant will be there to take the input and incorporate it into a plan which will be completed by year’s end. He said it's an opportunity for people to share ideas on what they would like to see downtown or to discuss the current trends and different developments that could come to the downtown in the next two to three years when the plan is implemented. The goal is to develop a plan for development of the Harbor Centre Business Improvement District, which includes the 8th Street corridor from Indiana Avenue to Ontario. Pelishek said those who can't make the meeting can go to the Mead Public Library and fill out a paper copy or give input online at http://harborcentre.questionpro.com/.
