SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Brisk north-northeasterly winds are keeping temperatures on the chilly side, but they were just what the doctor ordered for kite boarders. About six of them were riding the waves of Lake Michigan off Sheboygan’s south pier Monday morning. Temperatures were in the 40’s but winds of 15 miles per hour gusting to up to 25 miles per hour and higher created high waves and wind chills in the 30’s. The wet-suit clad boarders spent the morning riding the whitecaps and enjoying the winds.
