SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI (WHBL) - Home sales in Sheboygan County dropped slightly last month when compared to last year. According to the most recent numbers from the Wisconsin Realtors Association, the county had two less sales this September than September of 2012.
This is the first such drop in some time, but it's the only negative in the latest report. The median price in the county was up over four-percent last month when compared to last year. So far this year, Sheboygan County has seen 123 more home sales and median prices up nearly 11-percent than at this time in 2012.
Statewide numbers also continued to improve last month. Last month saw sales up 15.8-percent when compared to last year, and the median price is up 6.7-percent. So far through 2013 sales are up 13.6-percent while the median price increased 7.8-percent.
