MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - This weekend might be your best chance to see Wisconsin's fall colors.
According to Travel Wisconsin.Com, colors are past their peak in about a half-dozen counties from Hayward to Eagle River to Antigo.
Most other parts of northern and central Wisconsin are at their peaks right now.
In the southern half of the state, fall colors are generally at 35 to 75 percent of their peaks. There's a slight chance of rain Friday night and Saturday morning -- but forecasters say skies will clear up after that, leaving a lot of opportunity to enjoy the red, yellow, and orange leaves.
Daytime temperatures will hover in the 60's Saturday, dropping into the 50's on Sunday when a cool air mass is supposed to move in.
The National Weather Service says the next significant chance of rain is on Tuesday and Wednesday.
