SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - It was a summer-long street project, but it’s finally finished. Eisner Avenue in the city of Sheboygan will be completely finished Thursday morning. Senior Project Manager Jerry Franklin said all barricades and drums will be removed and bus routes and garbage pickup will return to normal. He said mailboxes will be installed by the end of the week, so normal mail delivery will resume on Monday.
