SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Home sales and prices were up in Sheboygan County last month. According to their most recent statistical report released Monday, the Wisconsin Realtors Association said sales of residential properties rose around 25-percent in May when compared to last year. The median price of homes also rose 15.8-percent to 129-thousand-450. For the entire state, sales rose 18.2-percent from the same month last year, while prices rose 4.3-percent.
So far in 2013, 515 residential properties have been bought in Sheboygan County, up nearly 14-percent; with the median price up 15.3-percent. Sales and prices in the state are also up this year when compared to last year.
