MILWAUKEE, WI (WHBL) - Aramis Ramirez hit an RBI single in the bottom of the ninth inning, lifting Milwaukee to a 5-4 win over the Philadelphia Phillies Friday night. The win also snaps a five-game winning streak by the Phillies. The Brewers rallied from a 4-0 deficit against Cliff Lee, who allowed four runs on eight hits in seven innings. The rally began in the fourth inning behind a Yuniesky Betancout RBI double and an Alfredo Figaro RBI groundout. Brewers tied the game on a Jean Segura RBI triple, then scored on a throwing error from Phillies Freddy Galvis. Ramirez's game-winning RBI shot into deep left field with one out in the ninth, scoring Segura. Brewers look to make it two in a row with Tom Gorzelanny (1-0, 2.01 ERA) getting the start tonight.
