UNDATED (WTVB) - Guys that usually don’t start the day with breakfast might want to keep a defibrillator handy or have someone around who knows CPR. Skipping breakfast can raise your risk of heart attack, a new study says and rather significantly. Researchers studied 27,000 men who were between the ages of 45 and 82. The study found that men who regularly skipped breakfast had a 27% higher chance of suffering a heart attack.
The study is in the July 22nd issue of the journal "Circulation."
