TOWN OF SHEBOYGAN FALLS, WI (WHBL) - Two people suffered minor injuries due to a two-vehicle accident Wednesday in the Town of Sheboygan Falls. Lieutenant Mark Rupnik of the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department said the accident took place around 11:16 a.m. on Highway 23 eastbound east at Willow Road.
It was determined a Toyota Camry, driven by 20 year old Alexander Bohn of Newton, struck a GMC pickup truck, driven by 79 year old Robert Dezwarte of Sheboygan Falls, as it was crossing the highway. Both drivers were taken to Aurora Sheboygan Memorial for treatment of injuries.
Rupnik said Dezwarte was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way, which caused the accident.
