SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Sheboygan's Fourth of July festivities on Thursday get underway with a parade in the downtown area. That will start at 9 a.m.
When appearing on Sheboygan’s Morning News Tuesday, Mayor Mike Vandersteen said the parade will be starting on Eighth Street this year, instead of the traditional Seventh Street, as per a request from the Classic Reunion, which is making its farewell performance at this parade. Vandersteen said the parade will work north on Eighth, then east on Michigan, south on Broughton Drive, then end at Deland Park.
Activities taking place this evening include the annual Venetian Boat Parade and a concert at Fountain Park.
