MADISON, WI (WSAU) - The deadline is coming up March 1st for Wisconsin’s no-call telephone list. 

You can sign up online if you want telemarketing calls and text messages to stop coming to your phone. The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection updates the list four times each year, so you don’t have to listen to unwanted sales pitches.

Remember, the no-call list doesn’t get rid of the calls many find most annoying of all, the political calls. The no-call list also doesn’t stop non-profit groups from calling you or organizations you’ve given permission to call.
