SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - The trial of a Sheboygan teen charged in the brutal murder of an elderly Sheboygan Falls woman will remain in Sheboygan County. Attorneys for 14 year old Nathan Paape argued during a hearing Thursday that it will be too difficult to select an impartial jury due to the pre-trial publicity. Judge Timothy Van Akkeren denied the motion for a change of venue. Meanwhile, Paape and his friend - 14 year old Antonio Barbeau - remain in custody awaiting trials which are now set for June. The boys are accused of bludgeoning 78 year old Barbara Olsen -Barbeau’s great grandmother - to death in her Sheboygan Falls home last September.
