SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - Two Sheboygan women are facing drug charges after they were arrested last week and then smuggled the heroin into the Sheboygan County Jail. 23 year old Mary Boreman and 29 year old Jessica Mott were charged Tuesday with possession of heroin with intent to deliver on or near a jail. Authorities said officers stopped a car they were in last week after getting a tip that they would be coming back to Sheboygan from Milwaukee with heroin. The following day, after the two had been booked, jail staff reported that Mott and Boreman and several other inmates were apparently high after snorting heroin. A K-9 was brought in and indicated many areas in Mott's cell, including her clothing, contained odors of heroin. According to the criminal complaint, Mott later admitted she had ingested two full grams of heroin and was concerned because she had not been able to throw them up and was throwing up blood. Both women are facing more than 30 years in prison, if convicted.
