SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan boy charged in the brutal slaying of an elderly Sheboygan Falls woman last September was back in court on Tuesday and pled not guilty to a charge of first degree murder. Attorneys for 14 year old Nathan Paape also filed a motion for a change of venue in the case. Paape is accused along with 14 year old Antonio Barbeau in the murder of 78 year old Barbara Olsen who was bludgeoned to death with a hatchet and a hammer in her Sheboygan Falls home. Barbeau has pled insanity. Both boys remain in juvenile detention awaiting further court proceedings. Jury trials are set for March.
