The Wisconsin Badgers popped a winning cork in Champaign Sunday, beating Illinois 74-68. Ben Brust led the way with 20 points and Frank Kaminsky had a career high 19 including 12 of 14 from the free throw line. Wisconsin was aggressive all day, getting to the line 42 times and the worst shooting free throw team in the conference was still able to knock down 28 of them. The victory puts Wisconsin at 15-7 on the season, 6-3 in the Big Ten, two games off the conference lead.
