Penn St. 31, Wisconsin 24

MADISON, WI (WHBL) - Hopes of a B-C-S bid and sending the seniors off with a win were spoiled, as Penn State upset the Badgers at Camp Randall Saturday afternoon.  Freshman quarterback Christian Hackenberg lit up the Badger secondary, throwing for 339 yards and four touchdowns in the 31-24 win. Wisconsin quarterback Joel Stave threw three interceptions, while running backs Melvin Gordon and James White were held to under one hundred yards. With the loss, the Badgers now await to see which bowl game they will land in. C-B-S Sports is projecting a possible matchup with Johnny Manziel and the Texas A-and-M Aggies in the Capital One Bowl.
