Milwaukee Brewers ace pitcher Yovani Gallardo was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated early Tuesday morning. He was spotted on a city highway weaving between lanes at 40 miles per hour in a 55 mph zone around 2:00 AM. According to police, he was booked after registering 0.22, nearly twice the legal blood alcohol limit. In a statement given to the media before Tuesday night's game at Miller Park, Gallardo said, "I made a bad decision. I made a mistake and I'm sure I lost a lot of respect from the fans and I just want to apologize to the fans, my teammates and my family." This was Gallardo's first incident and won't face discipline from Major League Baseball.
