SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - Sheboygan Police have located the woman who went missing in Sheboygan early Sunday morning.  Sgt. Tim Patton says 60 year old Vicky Hindes was located at 12th and Erie around 7:20 Sunday morning.  She'd walked away from a care center on Water Street around 5:00 Sunday morning, but was located nearly 2 1/2 hours later.
