SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A plea agreement has been reached in the case of a woman charged in a drug overdose death.  34 year old Jenny Dahlke entered a no contest plea as part of a plea deal on 1^st degree reckless homicide charges in the death of 49 year old Christopher Lindgren in August of 2011.  He died of a heroin overdose in Sheboygan and Dahlke is alleged to have provided the heroin.  Dahlke was charged after a lengthy investigation uncovered her DNA on the baggies of heroin that Lindgren had used.  A 3 day jury trial that had originally been scheduled to begin last Tuesday was adjourned. Sentencing is scheduled for October 29^th.
