SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan woman who was seriously injured yesterday in a rear end collision which occurred on Highway 28 at Sheboygan Falls is listed in fair condition.  The Sheriff’s Department said 56 year old Kathleen Schultz had slowed to turn into the Sharon Richardson Community Hospice when a pickup truck driven by 46 year old Bradley Freis of Plymouth failed to see her and slammed into the rear of her car.  The vehicle swerved into the ditch and rolled over coming to rest on the driver side.  Schultz was freed by Jaws of Life and flown from the scene to Theda Clark Hospital in Neenah where a spokesperson said this morning that she is in fair condition.  The crash occurred about 11:30 yesterday morning and resulted in Highway 28 being shut down in the area.
