SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A town of Scott man was killed Sunday morning in a single-car accident at County S and Forest View Road near the west county line.  The Sheriff's Department has identified the victim as 23 year old Timothy Bartline.  Lt. Mark Rupnik said the fatal mishap occurred about 8 o'clock on Sunday morning as Bartline was driving northbound on Forest View at a high rate of speed. Rupnik said when he crested a hill and lost control of his 2001 Kia, the car left the road, hit some trees, spun around and hit another tree before coming to rest.  Bartline, who was alone in the car, was dead at the scene.
